Blythe Tables exists to tell a restaurant which table needs attention. We collect as little as that requires.
What we collect from guests
A star count, the table it came from, and the time. That’s the whole record. We do not ask guests for a name, phone number, or email, and we never see or store the text of the review they write on Google — that happens on Google’s site, under Google’s terms and privacy policy.
What we collect from restaurants
Account email, restaurant profile, table labels, and the names, roles, and mobile numbers of team members an owner adds — with a recorded consent date for alert texts. We use these only to run the service: signing you in, showing your dashboard, and sending shift alerts.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell data, run ads, or build guest profiles. We don’t filter, hold, or screen ratings — every rating goes to Google, so there is no hidden pool of “suppressed reviews” for anyone to mine.
Retention and deletion
Alert history stays available to the restaurant that owns it. Closing your account deletes your restaurant’s data within 30 days. Email privacy@blythetables.com for a copy or deletion of your data.
This is a plain-language draft for the v1 product and should be reviewed by counsel before general availability.
